Role of the Board of Trustees
The members of the Board of Trustees are committed to administering the trust assets in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed establishing the Ursuline Cultural Heritage Trust and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of Québec. They are responsible for upholding the mission, strategic directions and long-term sustainability of the Trust. They must act in accordance with the principles, powers and duties of trustees.
